We have renovated an attractive old stone farmhouse, to provide comfortable B&B and Gite accommodation, whilst retaining many of the original features. The house is in an elevated and peaceful setting, south-facing, with an acre of garden and beautiful views. It is situated on the outskirts of a small hamlet, in unspoilt, rolling Normandy countryside, halfway between St Lo and Mont St Michel. The nearest market town is Villedieu-les-Poeles, less than 15 minutes drive away. |

Our visit was to celebrate the 65th Anniversary of the D-Day landings. We were very emotional at times, especially when Dad was told "thank you" in a restaurant. What a beautiful setting to start our honeymoon trip. We dont
imagine we will encounter this level of hospitality in Paris.

What a wonderful setting! We are very envious. The gite was excellent for our needs, giving us full flexibility in our efforts to find our own "Haven". Frances and Hugh - you were great hosts and we will especially remember the hospitality and friendship (as well as the advice) afforded to us.
