This has been the most relaxing holiday I've had! Nice walks and drives, beautiful area and friendly people. I will definitely be returning to the Haven In summer it must be the most relaxing place …my room is lovely, Frances! Food is gorgeous and everything has been as I hoped. Peace and some time alone. Even the weather couldn't dampen the warm welcome we received when Frances came to our rescue in Montbray. We have had a wonderful four days, lots to see, and yet still managed to get plenty of rest. We did over-indulge at the pattiserie, but what the heck ! Thank you Frances for the lovely meal you cooked for us and we wish you lots of luck for the future. You are doing what most of us are not brave enough to do !

The Haven was all that your website said and more. You have done so very much to make one feel at home. If your aim is to welcome, you have totally succeeded by way of accommodating my needs - over and above any expectations. I have thoroughly moulded with the rural countryside - its beauty, sounds, its flora and fauna. The "simple" meals have been gourmet vegetarian - marvellous!
