The de-stress breaks
(minimum 4 nights, half or full board) are designed to help you "let go". That means letting go of the tensions which inevitably build up as a result of demanding life-styles, especially for those who live and work in an urban environment, where noise, pollution, and stressful deadlines are the norm.
